WEDDING RENTAL VENUES IN FIDDLERS GROVE
Melrose Church – An old fashioned white country church with beautiful stained glass windows, antique wooden benches, nestled among the trees in the country village. Accommodates 80 adults in a climate controlled setting. The altar is centered beneath an exquisite stained glass window.
General Store Back Porch – An old fashioned back porch with log benches sits under towering shade trees for the perfect warm and cherished ceremony location. It can be dressed up or left in its rustic state. There are 22-24 log benches that seat approximately 180 guests.
Livesay Mill – Imagine a gently turning water wheel in the background, while you say your vows to each other on the porch under the towering shade trees. Your wedding guests look on from chairs placed in front.
Rice Cabin – An enclosed split rail fence, a porch on the front of a warm and friendly log cabin makes an informal setting among the trees and quiet setting in Fiddlers Grove for your special wedding day.
Forbes Cabin – This century old cabin holds great charm for a small wedding as two hearts become one by saying “I Do” on the large dogtrot area. Your guest can be seated on the pavement as well as spill over into the grassy area if needed.
Fiddlers Grove Opry – An old fashioned open air pavilion with a stage, an area 50×50 to set for your reception or rehearsal dinner. The stage is perfect for your music while the concrete floor allows for much dancing. There is also a kitchen for the caterer if you choose to have your reception here as well.
Fiddlers Grove Picnic Pavilion – An open air pavilion set among huge trees. Concrete floor 70×40 with lots of room for tables. This pavilion can accommodate 125 people.
Ag. Venture Barn – Don’t let the name fool you! This location is perfect to hold over 300 guests. The concrete floor allow or dancing the night away. You can have your wedding on one end and reception on the other all while being protected from the weather.
Heritage Barn – This bright red barn with its white barn doors will make a perfect backdrop for a rustic wedding. Hang burlap drapes to frame the barn door and you are set! The area in front of the barn is concrete and can accommodate unlimited chairs for your guest.
Complete Grove – You can rent the entire Fiddlers Grove Campus, approximately 9.5 acres, for your event. The Ag. Venture Barn can be added for an additional cost.
***Veterans Building is rented through the Fiddlers Grove Office – 615-547-6111. It holds approximately 150 people; temperature controlled, kitchen facilities, restrooms, concrete flooring, 20 round tables and chairs, dimensions 60′ x 40′, kitchen 19′ x 23′.
Table and chairs are available and can be rented for your event. Free parking in designated areas.
After the wedding, imagine strolling through Fiddlers Grove to your reception in the Grove!
Guidelines:
A Rental Agreement form should be filled out.
A 25% deposit is required along with the form (non-refundable).
Total amount due 60 days prior to event.
Any cancellation within 60 days of the event will not be refunded.
*All events must cease and everyone vacate from the premises by 10:30 p.m.
*No alcoholic beverages allowed on the grounds.
